Mark started his construction career in the commercial building industry. In 2014, he moved into residential building and has never looked back!

When Mark is not at work, he enjoys being a husband, a dad of three, and a longtime soccer coach for the Eastside Soccer Association.

Mark lives in Sammamish with his wife of twenty years and his three children.

In 1985, Gracia began her career in construction administration working for the Associated General Contractors (AGC) of Washington. She has worked in construction administration ever since, bringing the depth of experience that only a seasoned professional can offer.

Gracia enjoys beading, cooking, and spending time with her family and two new grandchildren.

Gracia lives on the Eastside with her loving husband and two Cavalier King Spaniels, Buster and Betty, whom she loves dearly, though not necessarily in that order!

Justin recently joined the team and is excited to support the company’s continued growth through technology, organization, and process improvement. He is currently helping with the company website and looks forward to taking on new opportunities as the company grows.

He recently graduated with a degree in strategic management. Justin enjoys finding practical solutions, improving systems, and helping teams work more efficiently. He believes that thoughtful organization behind the scenes helps create a great experience for both clients and coworkers.

Justin works remotely from Colorado, where he enjoys running, skiing, photography, and spending time outdoors.

Before most projects begin, our clients go through a finish-material selection and purchasing process. Ashley helps our clients navigate this process, keeping track of the many decisions and selections that must be made.

Ashley’s main focus on any job is client satisfaction. Ashley grew up in Sammamish, where she worked at her family’s grocery store in Seattle.

She earned her bachelor’s degree and then began her career in construction administration. Outside of her career, Ashley enjoys the outdoors, good company, and cooking great food!

With over 23 years in commercial and residential construction and hundreds of successfully completed projects, Andres brings the perspective of a seasoned construction professional.

With his lighthearted personality and great sense of humor, Andres brings genuine care to every job. Andres leads our construction teams through each project and helps homeowners feel confident that they are in good hands.

He has strong family values, loves fishing, and has a “we can do it” attitude.

Behind the scenes, every good company has someone to continually refine, organize, and support the team. Though clients may not work with Jahden directly, she continually develops, organizes, and implements company protocols and systems to better serve them.

She is personally committed to creating a great experience for every client and continually improving the systems that support that goal.

Jahden has a passion for solving problems and creating positive, lasting relationships. Jahden and her spouse recently welcomed their first child. She enjoys interior design, wakesurfing, and spending time with her new baby and two cats.

In the early ’90s, Mike started a production drywall and metal-stud framing company, completing hundreds of commercial projects before moving into residential construction in 2009.

Over the course of his commercial and residential construction career, Mike has helped complete an estimated $550 million in projects.

Mike lives in North Bend with his wife. In his spare time, Mike enjoys visiting with friends, hosting dinners, and helping others with weekend projects.
