Our experience

Over the past 14 years our collective team of excellent hourly employees, exceptional subcontractors, architects, and engineers have proudly completed hundreds of successful residential remodel and custom build projects.

Who do we work for?

We work for a long list of amazing people, including many executives and professionals in tech and other industries, many of our friends and neighbors, and many repeat clients.

We typically work by referral only. This simply means most of the projects we engage come through personal relationships and through existing and past clients referring us to their friends, family, and colleagues.

If you are not referred to us by someone who has worked with us, we kindly ask that you contact at least one of our past clients to discuss their remodeling experience. We are happy to provide you with some referrals! 

What do we do?

Our company builds, improves, and beautifies residential living spaces through home design, planning and permitting, remodeling and renovation. We can handle every aspect of any build.

We also build new construction and custom homes from the ground up, including many large and small home additions and ADU's each year.

Our average projects range between $60k - $3.5 mil and we currently have the ability to complete projects ranging up to $6.5 mil.

We also handle small jobs and projects, for example, replacing flooring, painting, new roofs, window replacements, new siding, new doors and trim, overall makeovers, etc.

Where we work

We serve the Greater Seattle Washington East Side areas, including -

Sammamish, Redmond, Bellevue, Medina, Mercer Island, Issaquah, Snoqualmie Ridge, Duvall, Carnation, North Bend, and the surrounding areas.

In special cases, we have also completed projects as far northwest as Kenmore, Kirkland, and Bothell, and as far southwest as Normandy Park and Arbor Heights.
