Gracia Macy - Office Manger

(Grey-Shaw) 

 

In 1985 Gracia began her career in construction administration working for the Associated General Contractors (AGC) of Washington. She has been in construction administration ever since, bringing with her the many years of experience only seasoned professionals can offer. 

 

Gracia enjoys beading, cooking, and spending time with her family and two new grandchildren.

 

Gracia lives on the Eastside with her loving husband and two Cavalier King Spaniels, Buster and Betty, whom she loves dearly (not necessarily in that order!) ;)

 

 

Mark Kovats - Sales Manager

 

Mark started his construction career in the commercial building industry. In 2014 he moved to residential building, and has never looked back!

 

"Working in residential allows me the privilege to meet and connect with some of the best people out there. It's always fun to be in homes helping to make peoples home improvement dreams become their realities."

 

When Mark is not at work his passions are being a husband, a dad of three, and a longtime soccer coach for the Eastside Soccer Association. 

 

Mark lives in Sammamish with his wife of twenty years and his three children.

 

 

Ashley Croshaw - P1 Manager

 

Before the start of most projects, our clients must go through a finished materials selections and acquisitions process. Ashley helps our clients navigate through this process, keeping track of the many choices and selections that must be made.

 

Ashley’s main focus on any job is client satisfaction. Ashley grew up in Sammamish where she worked at her family’s local grocery store in Seattle.

 

She earned her bachelor’s degree and then began her career in construction administration. Outside of her career, Ashley enjoys the outdoors, good company, and cooking great food!

 

Andres Escobar - P2 Manager

 

With over 23 years of commercial and residential construction experience and hundreds of successfully completed projects, Andres provides the experience and perspective of a seasoned construction professional.

 

Having a light heart and a great sense of humor, Andres truly puts his heart into each job. Andres leads and manages our construction teams through every project and helps homeowners to know they are in good hands.

 

He has strong core family values, loves fishing, and a has a "we can do it" attitude.

 

 

Jahden Powell - Executive Assistant

 

Behind the scenes, every good company has someone to continually refine, organize, and support the team. Though you may not work with Jahden directly, she is continually managing, seeking, providing, and implementing new company protocols and systems to better service our clients.

 

She is deeply and personally committed to continually seeking and implementing a great experience for every client, and always improving ways to accomplish those goals.

 

Jahden has a passion for problem solving problems and creating positive and lasting relationships. Jahden is married with their first child. She enjoys interior design, wake-surfing, and taking care of her new baby and two cats.

 

 

  Mike Flaker - Founder/CEO

 

 

Early in his construction career, Mike started a production drywall and metal-stud framing company in the early 90's, completing hundreds of projects in the commercial industry before moving to residential building in 2009.

 

Between commercial and residential projects, it is estimated Mike has helped to complete over $550 mil in successful projects over the course of his career. 

 

 

Mike lives in North Bend with his wife, and the two youngest of his four children. In his spare time Mike enjoys visiting with friends, having people over for dinner, and helping others with weekend projects.
